Jossie Rinehart serves as our Director of Donor Operations, bringing nearly 20 years of dedicated experience to the complex landscape of egg donation coordination. Having navigated the process personally as a former egg donor, she offers a unique and empathetic perspective that enhances our operational standard. Jossie is instrumental in managing the "heavy lifting" of third-party logistics, ensuring that every cycle is executed with precision and that clinical partners receive the seamless coordination necessary for a successful retrieval.

Megan is our dedicated face in the field, providing direct, in-person support to our clinical partners. She serves as a consistent bridge between your office and our agency, ensuring your team has the resources and donor updates needed for seamless patient care.
